To provide a community for the chemical engineers at CBU where students can work, grow, network, and compete. Since chemical engineering is a difficult major, we want to provide the students at CBU with the help they need and opportunities to flourish.

While this club is designed for chemical engineering students, this club is open to all students.

Membership benefits include joining a community of chemical engineers, as well as official membership in the international AIChE. Membership will allow students access to many online courses for certifications in chemical engineering subject matters, as well as the ability to compete in AIChE competitions and attend AIChE conferences. The CBU chapter hosts many guest speakers who provide students insight into the industry they study, as well as guide them on possible future opportunities they may wish to pursue. Members will also be able to get advice from other chemical engineers, which is a great benefit for lower-classmen.

The Black Student Union believes each person has been created for a purpose. It seeks to consolidate this view with a Christ-centered educational experience that teaches about the history, culture, and social experiences of African Americans, Africans, and other ethnic and cultural minorities. The Black Student Union also seeks to facilitate a community base on faith-based accountability and spiritual mentorship. Members of the BSU will also encourage the spiritual development of undergraduates, graduates, and professors. Alumni of the CBU Black Student Union will be able to boast the wealth of knowledge they obtained from the community of California Baptist University to glorify God and distinguish themselves in the workplace and the world. They will also be able to articulate how their specific cultural experiences were acknowledged and valued by our community of faith. This Constitution subscribes to the regulations and policies of the university.

The Formula SAE competition challenges teams of university undergraduate and graduate students to design, fabricate, develop, and compete with small, formula-style vehicles. The competition is an engineering education competition that requires performance demonstration of vehicles in a series of events, both off track and on track, against. Each competition gives teams the chance to demonstrate their creativity and understanding of various engineering disciplines and compete directly with other students from around the world.

CBU Motorsports' goal is to help students excel at practical engineering skills in a number of categories, increase their work experience, create desirable job candidates after graduation, and navigate the engineering field from a Christian perspective.

CBU Motorsports is a very unique team that can provide real-world engineering, fabrication, team management, and other desirable skills for students are they go through school.
